Terms and conditions Payment options:
- PayPal
- Place a prepaid order and forward a check
- Bill on net 30 terms if you have an established open account. (Contingent on credit check)

Shipping and handling:
- We ship by UPS or some items ship via freight due to size.
- Shipping and handling charges are determined at the time of shipment and will be added to your invoice.

Return Policy:
- Return on stock items are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Return merchandise received damaged will not be credited.
- Customers are responsible for initial shipping costs and all return shipping costs.
- No credits are issued on shipping costs.
- No returns accepted on custom orders.

Package inspection:
- Open and inspect all packages immediately upon receipt.
- Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 5 days after receipt of shipment or the claim will be denied.
- Keep all packaging materials if you are reporting a problem.
